I sent Terry & Steve my Seiko divers (circa 1980) watch to see if it could be repaired, as I was told some years ago by another professional, that nothing could be done with it, as the battery had leaked.
I wasn't holding out much hope but after contacting Terry, I packaged it up and sent it to him via his posting instructions.
As soon as it was in his hands he contacted me and let me know every step of the way what was happening.
I now have my watch back, WORKING and serviced. 5* service!
So pleased to get my "unrepairable" watch back working. My 35 years Seiko divers watch had let moisture in. I returned it to Seiko who said that they were unable to repair it due to lack of spares. I then tried a local firm with many recommendation with expensive watches. Their response was the same. I rang Terry and despatched it for an examination. He came back quickly with a quote, which was ok and the watch was returned working perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

I have a Rolex Datejust with a jubilee bracelet. I thought it had strech and needed mending. Terry at Ryte Time and watch repairs said it was fine and would last for many more years. A lot of other jewelers would had just done the work and taken my money. Terry's honesty was very refreshing and I would recommend him to anybody wanting advice or watch repairs.
A week before Xmas I damaged the bracelet of my Breitling Colt and then the battery decided to die. Having used their services before I contacted Ryte Time and Terry assured me he could have my watch repaired and returned before Xmas. True to his word the process of mailing off my watch Royal Mail Special Delivery and getting it back in a matter of days was as smooth as smooth could be. Terry kept me informed along the way via SMS and I felt in safe hands throughout the process. All in all an excellent company to do business with and to trust your precious time piece with...I would not hesitate to use in the future.
