How long does your repair service take?
Our standard turnaround times are:
7 days battery service
4 weeks full service
How much does it cost?
Without carrying out a full inspection on the watch we cannot specify a price.
All inspections are free, however we would charge for return postage if you decide not to proceed following your free inspection.
From £60 - Part Servicing
From £70 - Battery Service
From £300 - Full Overhaul
We never do any work without your prior consent and agreement.
Can you make watches waterproof?
We can reseal watches and will test water resistance to manufacturers specifications.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer a full 12 month warranty.
All Watch Battery Replacement and Mechanical, Automatic Watch Movement Services are guaranteed for a period of 12 months commencing when your watch is returned to you.
This covers all servicing and repair carried out on the movement, but does not cover the following:
External Case Components
Water Resistance
Neglect or Abuse
Do service copies or replica watches?
No, we are sorry but due to parts not being available and the build quality usually poor, we can’t provide a professional service for customers with these watches.
Do you fully disassemble the watch when carrying out a service?
Yes, our highly skilled watchmakers will always fully disassemble your watch when carrying out a full service.
Whats included with the Watch Insurance Valuations?
With our services on luxury watches we offer an interim service which includes an ultrasonic clean and inspection of the movement.
This allows us to confirm that the item is 100% genuine. We will then provide you with an insurance valuation certificate to confirm the price of the item and that your item is genuine.
We offer this service for Rolex, Breitling, Cartier, Tag Heuer, Omega and many other premium Swiss brands.
What is included with a watch clean?
We use the German made, state of the art, Elma Solvex ultrasonic cleaning machine to clean all the components of your watch.
We also use the German Engineered Elma Sonic Tank to ultrasonically clean your watch case and bracelet.
We always separately clean the watch case and bracelet. We can also you offer advice on refurbishing and polishing your watch - very often we can successfully restore your watch to an almost new condition.
