Terry and his team did a great job resurrecting my 45 year old Seiko watch – something Seiko and other specialist watch repairers said wasn’t possible due to lack of spares. It came back looking immaculate and keeping better time than ever. Communication and advice couldn’t be faulted.
My Seiko cocktail time went through the washing machine (don't ask). The crystal came off and it lost its hands. I thought it was a write off - Terry didn't. New crystal, new hands, and a full service of the movement and it is good as new. Since then Terry has also sorted out a Tag whose hands had slipped, and a SARB033 which had lost its crown. Really, really, top notch service and can't recommend highly enough.
